My healing pathways to wellbeing resilience is based on 30 years of my own life experiences in wellbeing, wellness, family, working globally with major corporations and individuals, travel, culture, lifestyles and learning from global masters and life lessons.
My sessions are a combination of HeartMath Techniques, Tao energy healing, gut health, moving meditation, heart & emotional energy, and energy focused resilience building, combining various levels of Chi Nei Tsang (CNT), Taoist Dissolving Meditation, Heart Focused Mindfulness Meditation, Breathworks & NLP change management techniques, these are powerful techniques for healing emotions and opening new pathways to change and positive movements.
Chi Nei Tsang is a process of detoxification of our internal organs and system to remove negative energy, clear blocked negative emotions, bring balance and clarity within our system. In the Tao practice, we store energy in the Three Tan Tiens. The Three Tan Tiens correspond to the Three Minds, Upper, Middle and Lower, the major energy centers within the body. The Upper Tan Tien is located within the Upper Brain, the Middle Tan Tien is located within the heart and the Lower Tan Tien in the abdomen. The Three Tan Tiens are the three reservoir sources of energy within the body. The meridians in our system are rivers of energy fed by these reservoirs. The practice of CNT helps combine the Three Minds or energy sources into One and by achieving this one can use minimum effort to achieve maximum effect.
During the session you will be taught to use simple, effect and time manageable; self-CNT work, self-energy balancing, body-mind connecting and grounding movements, these you can practice daily by yourself to improve the quality of your health, improve energy, resilience, gut health and quality of sleep.
Sessions are based on 6 learning pathways of 60 mins each and post the full 6 session, you will get 2 x 20 mins follow up online support to help you with your journey to wellbeing. I have a passion to see communities improve the quality of their health, wellness and wellbeing.
Each pathway can be taken individually as standalone sessions. Each session is A$200/- per session.
If you pay upfront for the full 6 pathway sessions in advance it is A$900/- and must be completed within 3 months.
