I was born happy, I grew up happy and I am still living happy.
Of course, I had my ups and downs, I made millions and I gifted away millions, I had good days and bad days, I was in relationships and out of them, by choice and by circumstances, I have my kids and brought them up as dual parents and as a single parent, I have laughed with joy and happiness and I have cried with pain and sadness. But I always stayed in a happy state of heart with the happy resilient me.
I was happy yesterday, I am happy today and I will be happy tomorrow, because it is not my external environment that dictates my happiness, it is my internal environment that keeps me happy.

With over Thirty years of life experience and training backed with over Thirty years of scientific research from HeartMath® and a life of living and practicing the Daoist way of living in harmony with our energies with the virtues of flexibility to everything in our lives, has put workable solutions within my reach to share with you. I have learned not only how to help people grow after life changing situation rather than collapse, but also how to build the skills required to be resilient in life. I have worked with colleagues and people from around the world to help build their wellness, understand emotions and teaching resilience. My goal is to employ resilience & living in harmony training to reduce the number of those who struggle and increase the number of those who grow.
We need to develop skills to increase our parasympathetic nervous system simulation which helps us to calm down creating relaxation response and bringing coherence, which improves our memory, reduces inflammation, depression, helps lower blood pressure, heart rate, boost our immune system and activates the healing, repair and renewal process within us.
